With a long career in marketing that spans over 25 years, Susan has found her place in the space she knows she can make a difference - Australia SME’s.
As our Founder, Susan’s tactical and strategic marketing skill set has supported businesses across Australia to increase their marketing ROI into the millions.
She is a registered Certified Practicing Marketer (CPM) with the Australian Institute of Marketing, holds a Marketing Degree and two Mini MBAs (in Branding and Marketing). Seeing businesses thrive gets her out of bed every day, along with more coffee than she’d ever admit to having.

Josh
If creativity had a King, this guy would hold the crown. As the overseer of all things design and creative for AJ Marketing, there is no limit to the imagination of this laid-back, cool, and cruisy creative.
Responsible for the birth and growth of countless brands, logos, and re-designs, Josh has many creative bones in his body – all of which are endangered daily by attempts at surfing, boxing, and general life activities.

The only creative that can match Josh - Deb’s unique and often downright obsessive focus on creative and branding is a point of difference for any business to have.
Her uniqueness has come from a background of interior design and is our go-to for brands that want an absolute edge to their business. No force is greater than Deb on a project, and clients love the all-in, over the top approach that have led to many creative designs beyond expectation and imagination.

Maddie
The expert in taking all of the creative direction and making it happen - Maddie’s structured approach has been responsible for the calm and considered rollout of many campaigns.
With the ability to move through client tasks, applying attention to detail in every step, Maddie also excels with video editing in her skill set - and has a talent for producing content that can go beyond the creative direction to the next level.

Ben
Ben’s career in Google AdWords management has previously had him working on the largest AdWord spend in Australia.
Forever present in the digital world, often tricky to track in the physical world, Ben is originally from South Australia but his last known physical whereabouts were somewhere in the USA. Last known digital check in - always on and watching. He beats the algorithm every time and has the reporting to prove it.
